Explain Charge Current Voltage Power and Energy Also explain
Solution
Charge :- Atom consists of charged particles known as protons and electrons. Protons are positively charge particles and electrons are negatively charge particles. Electrons rotate around the neucles which has definite energy based on orbit they rotate. The electrons which are outer most orbit experience force of attraction or replusion from other atoms or when placed in electric field which leads to motion of electrons . ( Q )
Current :- The motion of electrons is known as current.( I )
Voltage :- It is work done in moving charge from higher potential to lower potential. ( V )
Power :- The capacity to do work is power. ( W )
Energy :- The rate of doing work is energy. ( J )
Relation between above terms is
I = Q/t (A); P = V * I (W); E = P*t (J).
Current is given by the no.of electrons move in unit time.
Power is given by product of voltage and current.
Energy is given by product of power and time.
