std slope intercept form : y = mx +c
7 = 5(-4/5) +c ----> c = 11
y = -4x/5 +11 (Equation of line)
b) perpendicular to f(x) = -x/5 +1
slope = -1/5
slope of line perpendicular = 5
y = 5x +c . Find c using ( -2,-1)
-1 = 5*(-2) +c ---> c = -1 +10 =9
y = 5x +9
