  If you were to prioritize the criteria for a successful screening model, which of those criteria do you rank at the top of your priority list? Why?

Solution

The criteria I rank as the top is Realism because Realism needs the model to follow the guidelines of the organization`s objectives. The screening models help organizations pick winners from a pool of projects. Even though other criterias are important like : capability, flexibility and comparability I believe Realism is the top priority because the project can have many great qualitites but if it needs to be realistics, that is # 1
