the three attributes that a team leader must posses are:

decision making skills, initiation skills, problem solving skills, managing skills, empathy, understand the others, good listener, good motivator, estimate the obstacles and works to solve them, set a vision, inspire his followers to achieve the targets and goals and he is the care taker to his team also.

loyalty shows the belongness and respect to others at work place. while the leader is dedicated to the work and putting total efforts towards the work, automatically his followers will do the same. then majority of the followers do the same and they can achieve the highs in short span. if one is doing his duty well, then the team is going to achieve the targets easily and similarly the organisation.

so, the people who are at higer positions they are the role models to the next levels. the remaining people observes them and follows them and immitate them. so, they should behave in a well manner and with loyalty towards the work and customers.
