The structure of RNA and proteins is more vulnerable to damage than DNA because of their inherent structural differences.

The major difference is stability is because RNA is single stranded so it is not stable as it does not have the hydrogen bonds it just has covalent bonds between the sugar and phosphate group

the proteins, they fold by forming disulfide bonds which can easily break on heating because they are not as strong as the hydrogen bonds that are formed between the bases of DNA.
