Summarize the process of protein synthesis translation by us

Summarize the process of protein synthesis (translation) by using the following terms: genetic code, ribosome, mRNA, protein, amino acid, tRNA, codon, anticodon, start codon, stop codons, polypeptide.

Solution

protein synthesis mainly have 2 steps 1. transcription,2.translation

translation is called as a mRNA along with the ribosomes and tRNA to the synthesis of proteins, final step is DNA to PROTEIN, information contained nucleotide sequence is called mRNA is read as three letter word called codons, each one is one amino acids, simply 7 steps is there in the protein translation

1. aminoacyl tRNA synthetase atteachs amino acids to their corresponding tRNA molecules by using the energy from the ATP, each amina acids have there own tRNAs with the anticodens for that amino acids

2.a small ribosomal subunit atteches itself to the 5 end of an mRNA strand

3.it moves along the mRNA subunit it finds a start coden, the first tRNA and large ribosaml subunit join it.

4.other tRNA with anticodens matching with tRNA codns fall into place in the ribosomes

5.the first tRNA drops off its amino acids breckoff and pick the other amino acids.

6,after droing the tRNA they form the amino acids chain linked by pepetide bonds

7,when the ribosome sreaches the stop coden it reches the finished polypeptides
