we know angular velocity of body w = square root of 9.8/ 63.5 mm = 0.392 rad /s,

Maximum accelaration = w2 x h = square of 0.392 x 431.8 = 66.35 m/s2

max force = m x a = 304.8 x 66 .35 = 20223.5 N
