There are many environmental variables that are changing constantly and HRM plays an important role in enabling the employes to adapt to these changes. Some of the examples are:

1) Technology: In todays world the technology is changing on a rapid speed which has created a need of training among the employees for adapting to the changing technology and in order to upgrade their knowledge for personal as well as organizational benefit.
