The priority interventions which would be initiate is to check for blood pressure, To take an ECG to rule out for heart. Blood test for enzyme assays has to be performed. A chest X ray to rule out problems in lungs. Finally a CT scan to rule out option of any blockage in the arteries has to be performed.
