Ethical violations can cause serious harm to the reputation and the business operations of an organization. NSPE code of practices has a set of code of conduct which acts as a guideline for the business organizations to be ethical and responsible toward the society. Here the case of Toyota is taken into consideration and some of the ethical violations which are stated in the NSPE code of ethical conducted are discusses.
