Solution

If you have newly posted a question that has not yet been allocated, you can cancel your question by clicking on the question and select cancel and the reason for cancellation.

If the question is already allocated, the user’s question can be cancelled if the question cannot be answered and the user will be informed if the question has been canceled and they will not be charged for the question.
