The mRNA all way transcribe from 5’ to 3’ direction so that during the transcription 5’ATG3’ to 5’TTG3’ sequences on DNA transcribe from opposite direction.  

The mutational change in the mRNA have 5’CAU3’ to 5’CAA3’ codons.
