For a rectangular beam,

Sb=(E*(t^2))/12

Where

Sb = bending stiffness (N/m)

E = the elastic modulus (N/m2 )

t = the thickness of the beam (m)

Here E is given in GPa

1 gigapascal = 1000000000 newton/meter²

So ,

Sb= (210000000000*0.3*0.3)/12 = 1575000000 N/m = 15.75 GN/m
