As a researcher in Microbiology, you have discovered a protein called Bruin-P. You hypothesize that this protein is specific only to MRSA and not to other forms of Staphylococcus aureus. How would you design an experiment to address your hypothesis using microscopy and microscopic techniques?
Solution
MRSA is kind of staphylococus aureus bacteria which is resistent to antibiotic thus showing antibiotic resistent . MRSA is different from other S. aureus bacteria as it is reistant to treatment of antibiotics.
Two culture are made one of control another of experimental. In experimental culture plate this protein is added and growth of colony is seen and compared with control under microscope if this protein is effective growth of MRSA will be nil or very small.
