I would be applying CQI in my current position to attain a better health outcome as part of good health policies. As a registered nurse, I will like to use developing flowcharts and regression analysis of patients who have taking treatments and finally analysis the clinical outcome with treatment protocols. These CQI process can generate effect diagram and pareto chart as well as histogram generation of patient electronic health care records finally I would be able to run these charts and control charts to attain better competency skills
