I am taking Business Law and we were asked this question:

What state or states in the US has a unilateral legislature?

Please help? I did not see the subject so I just checked Economics!

Solution

The only state is Nebraska.

Earlier, Vermont, Pennsylvania and Georgia also had unilateral legislature, but later they turned to bilateral legislature. But Nebraska implemented unilateral legislature in 1934 to become and remain the single exception.
