             to / tp  = 24*60*60 day /s   

then,
                            to / t p =  1 / [1 - (v / c )2 ]

               [1- (v / c ) 2 ] = tp / t o   
                                  v = 0.9999c    

consider \' v \' be the speed , relative to frameS, in order that

one\'s clocks will lose 1 min /day asobserved from S. thus,

           to / tp  = 24*60 = day/minute   

then,
                             to / t p =  1 / [1 - (v / c )2 ]

                [1- (v / c ) 2 ] = tp / t o   
                           (v/ c ) 2     = 1 -0.000694444         
                                      v   =   (0.999653)c
