H0 : Test scores of programming ability doesnot depend upon no. of years of experience!
ag.H1 : Test scores depend on no. of years of experience!

test statistic = mean square between groups / mean square within groups

p-value = 0.042 which is less than the usual level of significance = 0.05..

so, we reject the null hypothesis! there is a relation between no. of years of experience and test scores of programming ability!

for the, multiple comparison test :
H0 : upto 1 year experince group is similar to 2 years experience group based on test scores on programming!
ag. H1 : not similar!

and so on!

from the result we can see that,
p-value for relation between Upto 1 year group and 2 year group is 0.406 which is > 0.05 and hence is not significant!

p-value for relation between Upto 1 year group and 3 or more year group is 0.571 > 0.05 and hence it is not significant!

p-value for relation between Upto 3 or more year group and 2 year group is 0.031 < 0.05 and hence it is significant..
i.e, the test scores for 2 year and 3 or more year experince groups are different significantly!

if you look at the mean scores, difference between 1 year group and 3 or more year group is -2.624 and 1 year group and 2 year group is 3.609 and the differecne between 2 year group and 3 or more year group is 6.233(very high)..so, it is evident that 3 or more year experienced guys scored the most and 2 year experienced guys scored the least!...upto 1 year group stands in between these 2 groups in terms of scores on programming ability!
