i can give a live example for this situation. as part of our work refreshment activities recently we formed a group to play criket. in our team we are having two former two state players and who was represented as captains. and the opposite team do not have such kind and experienced players. so, with the exposure and experience we are easily winning the mathes.

but to be fair and work for good result, a team or group should be a balanced one. if it is imbalanced, the team functioning may not be upto the expected levels.

the main objective of communication is \"the receiver should understand the same what speaker delivered, in the same context and with the same meaining\". in this process some times resistance strategies can be used. but if these strategies creates noise and interrupt the original message, speaker should avoid using them. otherwise there is no problem at all for using of resistance strategies.
