For a lab report I am working on I must identify the critical temperature of a superconductor. However, the data I have is in mV. If i know the mV that corresponds to the critical temperature, how do I convert from mV to kelvin? (using table below). More specifically, the values i need converted are 5.40 mV and 5.29 mV. Step 1 First point out the electric potential (voltage), you want to be converted to K, in the chart.

Step 2 Let\'s say V = 5.40 mV. Then correlate it with its corresponding Kelvin value (temperature) in leftmost/rightmost vertical column. 5.40 mV corresponds to 100K.

Step 3 Then correlate the potential to the topmost horizontal row value. 5.40 mV corresponds to 3.

Step 4 Add it with temperature value obtained in step 2.

Therefore, 5.40 mV converted to temperature 103 K.

and, 5.29 mV converted to temperature 106 K.
