What would be some deliverables for a project of redevelopin

What would be some deliverables for a project of redeveloping a playground. Foundation, parking lot, and pavilions I have; looking for some more examples

My confusion is because the deliverables are described as items you create for a project; would playground equipment be a deliverable as it is ordered..not created...or am I taking this too literally?!

Deliverables for a project of redeveolping a playground. Examples of foundation, parking lot and pavilions are good one but the key word is redeveloping and not developing a new plyground. Therefore my first job is to find out what was the peak position of the playground in the past. What are the things that got deterioated over the time and what are the things which lost their values but are still considered to be important. Is it greenary, is it pavements, is it sheds, is it moveable and or immovable sitting arrangements, is it boundary walls, changing rooms, playing and non playing areas, basic utilities such as toilets, drinking water, canteen etc.

There should not be confusion about playground euipment whether it is ordered or created, it needs to be properly fitted and if found and or considered to be essential part of the purpose/goal for redelopment of playground, becomes a part of the project. How about football ground without goal posts or volleyball without nets or table tennis without tables etc. Similarly development of swimming pools requires essential equipments for its smooth operations.
