I am doing a research, I need an scientific assay for the Protease enzyme activity.

Protease activity was measured by the method of Shimogaki et al. (1991) link attached. Casein can be used as substrate and reaction should be stopped by TCA. Filter solution and take absorbance at 280nm.the pH and temperature should be optimum for your enzyme. Tyrosine standard curve was used to calculate enzyme activity.
