You hear from your boss that she is going to fire David who excited about a new house that he and his wife really liked and are going to buy.

You should:

- Tell David that he\'s going to be fired, so that he doesn\'t buy the house and face a huge financial burden. In this case, you will betray your boss\'s confidence, and may create some problem for the company as David may sabotage the project.

- You can say nothing. David will buy the house and put his family in danger, financially. Your company will be OK.

Which option do you choose and why?

Solution

in this case i will follow the second strategy only. because an organisation is combination of different kinds of people who works together. and there will be 100s of people or 1000s of people are depends on the funcioning of the organizaition.

David is the one person, ofcource in his bad situations all we collegues will stands with him and provide some financial assistance. and in this case we request our management also contribute some finanical assistance to David.
