Walking would be a good option. Because when you are running the rain drops will be striking your cloth with more momentum since momentum= mass×velocity. Because of this momentum the rain drops wil strike the cloth with more impact. Also the water absorption by the cloth will be more. As an example consider two persons riding on a motorcycle during rain. You will notice that the rider will get more wet than the other one.
