The areas of high risk or areas that need to be monitored to insure that the project is on time and within the budget.   Be sure to address both time and budget separately as they may or may not be related. These may or may not be safety related.  

I am only looking for thoughts.

1) Basically in civil engineering field mainly three points are taken into considerations like

a) Safety

b) cost

c) Time

a) Safety :- In any area like construction, vehicle maufacturing, safety must be taken into considerations because without safety no one live into house and apartments.

Take a example :- In any construction if any part of the construction is more deflected to permissible limit it may be fail than no one live in this construction.

Environmental Safety is also important like wind, earthquack etc.

b) Cost:- Second concern is cost, we must construct any construction within permissible limit which is fixed by owner anr builder before the construction.

If cost will be increased than everyone will suffer and might be possile construction wii be stopped.

c) Time :- Time is also play important role in construction, if time is increased than cost will be increased because some material may be detoriated or other equipment which is coming from others its unusual take charge.
