Solution

Distance b/w two succesive minima=3.31m=wavelength

Time taken for 5 crests to pass =13.4s

It means 4 waves have passed in 13.4 sec

therefore frequency(no.of waves passed in 1 sec) =4/13.4=0.2985Hz

speed=4*3.31/13.4=0.988m/s
