The goal of the project is to design and develop a website that would allow the customers of Gloria Insurance Agencies to raise tickets regarding their complaints, queries and feedback. CIS allows the customer to open the website of GIA and login through their unique Customer ID. After that, they can choose through a wide range of services such as

Business case

Gloria Insurance Agencies(GIA) does not have any digital system for interaction with their customers. Currently, the customers go to any of the offices of GIA and lodge complaints or get their queries resolved. A single representative will have to interact with the customer and take down the complaint in writing if it could not be solved immediately. This is then forwarded to Back office representatives who solve it and then update the same to the front office reps. This means that the customer queries take longer time to be resolved.

CIS project is a promise to reduce the human interaction with customers and time reduction on query resolving by digitization.

Expected project outcome

A website that allows all the customers to login and use the services.
