TDP is a specific temperature at which test organism gets killed when we incubate for a specific time period (usually 10 minutes).

to determine TDP we took test organism broth, incubate that broth sample at different temperature for specific time period. From that sample streak onto media plates and incubate that plate overnight at optimum temperature. next day check the growth of test organism.

TDT is a time required to kill a test organism when we treat it for a specific temperature.
