Alice Agent is an employee of Patti Principal. She negligently runs a stop sign in the course of her employment and injures Bart Bikerider. Can Bart sue Patti for his damages from Alice’s Negligence? Why or why not?

AS the Alice is an employee of the Patti Principal, he is working on behalf of her principal. All the acts done by her in the ordinary course of business will be assumed to be done on behalf of the principal.

As she is negligently running the stop sign in the course of her employment , it says that the principle should look after her all acts. So the principle would be liable to pay damages to Bart Bikerider.

Patti principle can be sued by the Bart Bikerider for the damages and also he can recover his damages from Alice agent being paid to the bikerider.
