volumetric efficiency = 90%

mechanical efficiency =90%

torque output =52.5N-m

rotational speed n =30rpm

flow rate = (displacement*n)/(1000*volumetric efficiency)

   =(12.5*30)/(1000*.9)

   =0.416 l/min
