Solution
Spices are made from plants. They come from various woody shrubs, vines, trees and aromatic lichens as well as the roots, flowers, etc.Each of the spice have different aroma which are secondary product i.e. the plant by-product that is not used by the plant metabolic process. These phtochemical compunds help the plants to protect from being eaten by pathogens, bacteria and help to prevent them from viruses. Our foods are also get attacked by various pathogens so to prevent food from being infected we use spices. Food gets spicer in tropical climate due to the invasion of microbes in the food. For example in souithern part of India food is more spicer because of the hottness in weather. So to keep us healthy we should use spice according to the climating condition of that particular region.
