Electric field strength is measured in V/m. The strength of electric field decreases rapidly as you move away from soure.

Electric flux:

The total no.of electric field lines that pass through a surface.

Magnetic flux:

The magnetic lines of force passing normally through a surface is defined as magnetic flux.
