Each of the four perspectives has a favored ethical value. Again, with the concept of ethical pluralism, you don\'t have to choose which value is more important than another—all are important. However, when you can only use one of the values because they are in tension, each lens gives greater weight to a different value. What was thefoundational value assigned to your lens? Do you agree or disagree that when you have to choose a path of action, this value tends to be more important to you than some of the other values?

Solution

each one is important and they play their roles at the work place and we should deal them with more attention and activeness. i already said answering and facing the isuues related obligations and rights, it will be easier. because all they are predefined and one should already knows them.

here the foundational values is belongingness and responisbility and accountability. belongness comes when we feel it is ours and the work is mine. i am the responsible person and the accountable person to the actions.

i definitely agree with the statement that while i take a decision, it is going to be reflect on the other areas also. and at each level, for the outcome also i am the responsible and accountable person. because the actions are taken by me and because of this only the result appeared.
