An instructor wants to estimate the probability that students in his juniorsenior class have ever cheated in a test during their tenure at the university. The real question is \"Did you ever cheat in a test?\" and the decoy question is \"Are you a graduating senior?\" Each student answers \"yes\" or \"no\" on a sheet of paper, and the sheets are then collected and tallied by the instructor.
