According to clause 13.5.3 of A201-1997,

Rights and Obligations to resolve Problem - when a portion of work does not meet requirements as per contractor documents,

All costs made necessary by such failure including those of repeated procedures and compensation for the Architect\'s services and expenses shall be at the Contractor\'s expense

the improvement in work done by the contractor under the guidance of Architect, All delays and loss in work should be expensed by the contractor.
