To decide on the vendor, Followinf characteristics needs to be analysed :-

1. Technology :- Credit Suisse Group is a financial service company and hence the vendor needs to have a good technological base to provide with company with required services on time and best in quality.

2. Exclusivity :- Considering the importance of the services, company may look at the exclusivity of the services that vendor can offer to Credit Suisse.

3. Complimentary Services offering :- To look if vendor has any other offerings to make to the client that may be complimentry with the main services offered. This can save on time and administrative work.

4. Support :- What support can vendor offer to the company along with providing the primary services.

5. Contingency :- In the event of vendor\'s system failure, what back up vendor has to continue with uniturrepted services.
