WHO-world health organisation, QALY-quality adjusted life years, DALY-disease adjusted life years. The statistical ratios are calculated according to the lfe expectancy, prevalence of diseases in various countries like Africa and other european countries. The prevalence of diseases include measles,mumps, HIV, tobacco related cancer diseases,albinism,epidemic related protozoan diseases like malaria, sleeping sickness, kala-azar and other surgical cases of vasectomy and prostratectomy at affordable and low costs along with control of child birth with parturition in african countries.

The statistical ratios are calculated for various countries like africa with highest number of patient records reported in kenya and lowest in namibia. The highest number of patient samples were reported in United states of america and lowest in belgium with statistical analysis of values of patients in groups of 1000 being consistently increasing form 3-5 in 1998 to 70-80 in 2013-2014.

Various softwares like PRISMA are used for the statistical analysis of DALY and QALY ratios in population samples along with the maintenance of pubmed and EMBASE analysis of patient sample records of surgical operations in villages at affordable and optimum prices along with the calculation of ratios which are maintained in S1-S5 files of PUBMED database.

Further life period of healthy state of patient is calculated from graphical points of fucntion analysis with exponential functions by napier formula along with exponential graphical functions, life period of disease manifestation is also calculated, life period of death is also calculated from function graphs along with limit values and formulas.
