How do i get my data to be in multiple cells in one row on excel like this?

Sample Info Readings (NTU) Beaker #2 (Added 20 mL of 5 mg/L coagulant) 21.6 19.5 20.7 18.9

You have to merge the cells

For Example Enter Sample info in A1 cell and reading NTU in B1 cell

Than Merge the cells (Option available in home tab) A2,A3,A4,A5 and enter Beaker #2 added 200 ml of 5 mg/l coagulant
