Well, looking at the sites and the after reading the \'About Us\' part of the websites I can say that the companies are trying focusing on Athletes of all types, typically Hiking, Skiing etc as these are the major sports in that country. So, the targeted audience is the young adventurous individuals and the athletes, both male and female. And in order to expand their base to the wide range of customers, they sell winter cloths of male, female and also of kids.

The design of the websites indicate attracting all kinds of customers, to sell as many products as they can and earn profit. So, I would say that the websites are primarily for the customers. And obviously, if the sales figure looks promising, then the sleek design of the websites will do attract shareholders.
