figure represent a solid cylinder cut into half:

curved surface = (2pi*r*l)/2 = pi*3*9 = 27pi m^2

Two semi circle on both ends = pir^2/2 +pir^2/2 = pir^2 =pi*(3)^2 = 9pi m^2

Now we have a rectangle on base = 9*6 = 54 m^2

There is cuboid of length 9mt width = 6mt and height = 0.5 mt

So, total surface area = 2(0.5*6) + 2(9*6) = 114 mt

Total Surface Area = 27pi + 9pi + 54 +114 = 36pi +168 = 36*3.14+168 = 281 mt^2
