Customer Service and sales achievement
-    Give courteous customer service
-    Maintain personal sales and also obtain sales goals
-    Helping customers in selection and purchase of merchandise
-    Demonstrate products where required
-    Inform supervisor promptly about problems related to customer concerns
-    Track retail sales against goal utilizing the system given
-
-    Communicate training needs that result in enhanced sales to store manager


Operations
-    Communicate shortage problems to store manager
-    Assist in the execution for a comprehensive and accurate physical inventory as needed
-    Assist in the flow of Merchandise from stock areas to selling floor in a timely and organized way

Other
-    Present a professional appearance and maintain company’s dress code standards at all times
-    Abide with all corporate policies and procedures

-    Store manager
-    Assistant store manger

Additional responsibilities
Financial:    obtaining sales goals. Keeping within approved budgets.
Contacts:    Customers, staff, Field management, Corporate staff

Minimum Requirements:

Education:     High School diploma or an equivalent
        Cosmetology license is considered beneficial

Experience:    Some retail experience. Cosmetic experience is alos preffered

Effort:        This position requires excellent communication skills. This             position requires moderate physical effort. Some unpacking and packing             of materials is needed when restocking the floor supplies.
