Disadvantages:

1. People who lack the knowledge of cutting edge technologies may find to use these technologies as cumbersome.

2. The computer and graphic interfaces must be simple so they find it easy to use.

3. The buttons must be big enough so that they are visible to the old people.

4. They must be highly cautious while doing online purchases to avoid internet hacks.
