If you were a corporation manager, why would it be important for you to keep abreast of activities in a division of corporate intrepreneurship which you have supervisory control over? Explain.

Its madatory for any corporate manager or any individual leading an organization, to keep himself/herself up to date with all the activities that are taking place under the nose. This is one of the most foremost duties of any manager; and if that is not performed, there are chances that the organization will head towards a downhill path.

Take for example a manager supervising the logistics department of an automobile company. If that manager is not performing the basic duty of supervision and keeping informed about all the activities, performance of employees, the rate of return, developments in technologies and news, then there will be faults arising out in all the processes resulting in overall malfunctioning of the whole organization. If any one screw goes loose, it can pose a serious threat to the whole setup. And therefore, anyone holding the position of leadership has to maintain a minimum level of awareness of what\'s going on in the organization and how it affects the whole setup, since awareness itself is a virtue.
