Ans) ABO discrepancy: When the front and backtype do not agree, i.e., front type is one ABO group and the backtype is another.

A subgroup B with an anti-A1
AB person with a cold reacting alloantibody whose corresponding antigen is on the A cell.

Mixed field - transfusion of non-identical ABO RBCs; A3 subgroup; chimerism; marrow transplant; FMH
Loss or Weak Antigen - weaker subgroups, some diseases
Additional Antigens - Acquired B, polyagglutination
