Hi guys
Could you please help me out with this question.
Thanks a lot
#Consider the sampling theory for the clock with three hands (ie, the hour hand, the minute hand. and the second hand) If you were to record for a video shoot of the clock e hands (i.e., the hour hand, the minute hand, What is a frame rate to use in order to have the hour hand move clockwise but the minute and second hands move counter clockwise in the video? Solution
Suppose sampling is first done at noon. The hour hand, minute and second hand are all at 12.
We want the next sample to be taken at time t such that the hour hand has moved clockwise but the minute and second hand have moved counter-clockwise.
This is possible if the next frame is taken at 13 hours, 59 minutes and 59 seconds.
The time since 12 hours, 0 minutes and 0 seconds that has passed for the time to be 13 hours, 59 minutes and 59 seconds is 1 hour 59 minutes and 59 seconds.
Hence, the sampling should be done every 1 hour 59 minutes and 59 seconds.
