Is this how it works?? Can someone please explain to me what is going on in the computer science department. Three questions in a row have been returned unaswered. These are textbook questions that Chegg advertises that it has solutions for in the book that I rent from them. I have spoken to customer service and they had no answers. I filled out the form for management to contact me and that has never happened. Has Chegg changed the compensation plan for the experts? Have they eliminated the computer science experts that were just copying and pasting wrong answers to the expert Q and A within minutes without even reading the questions? Has there been a restructuring within this department? Please let me know. If you can not answer the question please forward it to someone who will get back to me with an answer. Thank you.

I am an expert and from that perspective I can tell that we skip the questions only when it is not explained well/ lack of subject knowledge or if it is falling into some other subject category.
