In your opinion what are the biggest threats to a network in terms of security and why?

Biggest threat to a network security is insiders (Employees who are working inside the organisation and supporting an attack). Any threat or virus could be prevented being entered from outside, but if the attack is from inside situations will become worse compared to external attack.
