b) Yes, these Clauses are important in each type of contract. Because for each type of contract it is very important to know about the site conditions by conducting the preliminary evaluation of the site and also the architect should review the contractor\'s submittal schedule and shall not unreasonably delay or withhold approval. The Architect shall also review and analyse all requests for Change Orders and Construction Change Directives which is very important in all type of contracts.
c and d) All the risks are allocated either to Owner or the contractor. If the site is not evaluated properly, sometimes it will be difficult to continue the construction work due to site conditions pertained.
