How do you measure Voltage Drop in rms then reconfigure this

How do you measure Voltage Drop in (rms) then reconfigure this circuit to have one branch with 30 % of the current and the other branch 70% of the current ?

current will be Different When the branches parallel we know that in parallel branch voltage drop will be same.which will be equal to source voltage
