The growth plan for the company is to build out the firm internally, using proprietary software, in order to ensure that the work force is efficient. You know that this is not the best strategic direction for the firm. Here for the internal development of firm, they prefer proprietary software which results in debit of some money. Hence even the software includes in the economy of the firm. Using proprietay software results effects the economy of the firm because by the money used for proprietary software the firm may recruit a new member whose work is efficient enough for the growth of firm.

Free and Open source softwares available in the internet are more useful for the company because if any module in the software was not fit for our firm then we can modify that module and able to use the software and it also results in economy free for the firm. Since there will be no cost for the software to be used in firm it will be a best strategic method for the growth of the firm.
